CLASHARENA TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to ClashArena. By participating in any ClashArena tournament, match, giveaway, leaderboard challenge, or promotional activity, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms are intentionally detailed and comprehensive to ensure fairness, transparency, and operational integrity across all ClashArena activities.

• ELIGIBILITY All participants must be at least 16 years old. By entering any ClashArena event, you confirm that the information provided (including Gamer ID, bank details, and identity) is accurate and belongs to you. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification without refund.
• ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY Players are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. ClashArena is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access, account sharing, or negligence.
• FAIR PLAY POLICY ClashArena enforces a strict fair play environment. The use of hacks, cheats, exploits, VPN manipulation, emulator abuse, or any unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate disqualification, permanent ban, and forfeiture of winnings.
• TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE All tournaments are conducted in private lobbies. Match rules, timing, and formats may vary. ClashArena reserves the right to modify schedules, rules, or formats at any time to maintain fairness and operational efficiency.
• PAYMENT & ENTRY FEES All entry fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Participation is only valid after successful payment and submission of correct details. No manual proof of payment is required unless stated otherwise.
• PRIZE DISTRIBUTION All winnings are processed after match verification within 10 minutes. Payments are made via bank transfer, immediately after match verification. Players must ensure their banking details are correct. ClashArena is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect information.
• TIE RULE If two or more players finish with the same number of kills, they will share that position's prize equally. If you tie, you split the money. If you dominate alone, you take everything for that position.
• NETWORK & TECHNICAL ISSUES ClashArena is not responsible for internet disconnections, device lag, crashes, or any technical issues experienced by players during matches.
• CONDUCT Players must maintain respectful behavior. Toxicity, harassment, threats, or misconduct will result in penalties or bans.
• MODIFICATIONS ClashArena reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated Terms.
• BONUS & INCENTIVES Bonus rewards, daily incentives, and referral systems are subject to change. Abuse of bonus systems will lead to removal and possible ban.
• DISPUTES & DECISIONS All decisions made by ClashArena administrators are final. Disputes must be raised within 1 hour after match completion. Evidence such as screenshots or recordings may be required.
• FINAL AGREEMENT By participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions, even if you did not read them fully.
